@inagarten inspired this breakfast! I have a lots of fresh eggs from our hens and an abundance of herbs in the garden so when I was poking through Ina’s Barefoot in Paris cookbook yesterday and found her recipe for Herbed Baked eggs, I pulled out the vintage mini au gratin baking dishes, grabbed some herbs and had at it! I adapted considerably but used her super simple technique of basically cooking the carefully cracked eggs under the broiler for about five minutes!
